Help Rejuvenate the Mary Alice Murray Student Lounge at Queen's Law

The student lounge, a place of memories and camaraderie, needs your help. We're on a mission to raise $200,000 to revitalize this cherished space, including new contemporary furniture, an upgraded kitchen, enhanced technology, and a redesigned alumni area, all while repairing and refreshing its overall look.

The student lounge was named in honour of Mary Alice Murray in 1997. Mary Alice was one of the first female grads of the Queen's law school in 1960 and was appointed as Secretary (equivalent to Assistant Dean) and Director of Admissions of the Queen's Faculty of Law in 1962. She was also the Administrator of the Moot Courts. Ms. Murray retired in 1980.

Join us in this crucial endeavor. Your contribution, big or small, is not just a donation - it's an investment in the legacy and future of Queen's Law. Together, we can ensure the lounge continues to be a vibrant, nurturing space for students and alumni alike.
