The Meds 1973 Bursary
Established in May 2007 by members of the Class of Medicine 1973 on the occasion of their 30th reunion. Awarded on the basis of financial need to undergraduate students in any year in the School of Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The capital balance of the Meds 1973 Bursary was $28,825 as of April 30, 2022. The capital balance was ranked 35th out of 42 endowed class funds in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Since its inception, the Meds 1973 Bursary has disbursed over $14,540 to 16 medical students with demonstrated financial need at Queen's.
