Adell Carter Fellowship
Established by the Faculty of Law in memory of Bernie Adell and in honour of Don Carter to provide support for the full range of fellowships, including postdoctoral, research, and visiting fellows in the Centre for Law in the Contemporary Workplace.
Professors Adell and Carter's contributions to teaching and research, and their work with many other well known scholars at Queen's, enabled the Faculty to build a reputation as a leading school for the study of labour and employment law in Canada.The Centre's goal is to provide national leadership in research and teaching in the area of employment and labour law and policy. Each year, upon the recommendation of the Centre's Director in consultation with the Dean, income from the endowment will be designated to the highest priorities.
