About Gordon Edward Kaiser
Gordon dedicated his life to the intersection of law and economics. After earning his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Toronto and his law and master’s degrees from Queen’s University, he pursued a remarkable career that spanned law practice, academia, and public service. Known for his work in regulatory law, particularly in energy and competition, Gordon was passionate about fairness, public interest, and the vital role of sound economic principles within the legal field. He taught at Queen’s Law and other Canadian institutions, authored and edited several influential books, and served as a mentor and inspiration to many.
Supporting Future Law Students
