Donate to PHE'98

In recognition of our 25th Reunion, we encourage you to contribute to one of two programs making a significant difference on Campus and in the Kingston Community:

1. The Prescription Exercise Program at Queen's, is doing amazing work supporting student mental health through exercise and personal coaching. The program has been supported in large part by the contributions of the Class of PHE'73. They have recently reached out to other PHE classes, asking us to take up the torch to help support the program. Let's answer that call!

This past year the program directly impacted the well-being of 52 students. As it currently stands, the program has funding to support it until the end of the 2024 school year. In recognition of our 35th Reunion, and in support of the students taking the often-difficult steps toward positive mental health.

2. Revved Up is a program that runs through the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies, that provides an adapted exercise program service that promotes physical activity for those with mobility impairments and developmental disabilities. Contributions to the fund will assist in purchasing adapted equipment, space conversion, program expansion and more.

The program has positively affected the lives of countless Kingstonians who might not otherwise have access to the types of services Revved Up offers.

Consider supporting one of these programs today.
