The Meds 1985 Bursary
Established in October 2015 by the Class of Medicine 1985 in celebration of their 30th reunion. The Bursary is awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to undergraduate students in any year of the School of Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The capital balance of the Meds 1985 Bursary was $90,740 as of April 30, 2022. The capital balance was ranked 20th out of 42 endowed class funds in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
To date, the Meds 1985 Bursary has disbursed $14,700 to 5 medical students with demonstrated financial need at Queen's.
