The Meds 1971 Bursary
Established in May 2007 by the Class of Medicine 1971 in honour of their 35th Reunion and awarded on the basis of financial need to undergraduate students in any year in the School of Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences
The capital balance was $97,768 as of April 30, 2022. The capital balance was ranked 15th out of 42 endowed class funds in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Since its inception, the bursary has disbursed $36,870 to 15 medical students with demonstrated financial need at Queen's.
