Medicine Class of 1965
The Meds ’65 Memorial Bursary
Established by the Medicine Class of 1965 in November 1996 in memory of deceased classmates. The bursary is awarded on the basis of financial need to students in any medical year in the School of Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The capital balance of the Meds ’65 Memorial Bursary was $72,352 as of April 30, 2022. The capital balance was ranked 25th out of 42 endowed class funds in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Since its inception, the Meds '65 Memorial Bursary has disbursed $29,730 to 26 medical students with demonstrated financial need at Queen's.
