The Meds '57 Bursary
This Bursary was established by members of the Class of Medicine 1957 in recognition of their 40th reunion. The Bursary is awarded on the basis of financial need to undergraduate students in any medical year within the School of Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Queen's University, who are residents of Ontario.
The capital balance of the Meds ‘57 Bursary was $196,038 as of April 30, 2022. The capital balance was ranked 6th out of 42 endowed class funds in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Since its inception, the Meds ‘57 Bursary has disbursed $125,895 to 36 medical students with demonstrated financial need at Queen's.
