Class of '85 MIR Bursary
What are your memories from the 80s? Did you have a favourite class, professor, or event that you remember fondly? Did you enter the Masters of Industrial Relations program after finishing your undergraduate degree at Queen’s, or was this your first experience living in Kingston? Whatever your memories are, we can all agree that our time in Kingston served us well. That’s why it’s our turn to help new students get to Queen’s. By establishing the Class of ’85 MIR Bursary, we are removing barriers to those that might not pursue this opportunity due to financial circumstances. Since the MIR was established in 1982, more than 1000 Queen’s MIR graduates have gone on to contribute significantly to advancing employment relations in private and public sector organizations, both in Canada and abroad. We all share a common purpose and desire to see our profession thrive. Please consider donating to mark our 35th reunion. Allow more students the opportunity to reach their full potential and create their special memories. Help build our community and profession to be stronger and more diverse.
