Awarded to international graduate students in the Faculty of Law with preference given to students from the Caribbean nations.	the Cecil Allan Fraser Bursary An award for Law students, established by the Black Law Student's Association Queen's Chapter and the Queen's Pre-Law Society in memory of Cecil Allan Fraser, LL.B. 1961, the first Black student and graduate of Queen's University Law.
