Commerce 1986
As we celebrate our 40th Homecoming, the Class of Commerce 1986 is coming together to create a lasting impact at Queen’s. Thanks to the generosity of 11 lead donors, we have made a significant start toward our $500,000 goal to establish the Commerce ’86 Canada Bursary.
Now, we invite every classmate to help carry us across the finish line – ensuring this bursary can support students in perpetuity.
This endowed bursary will support first-year Commerce students with demonstrated financial need, with preference given to Canadians from outside Ontario to broaden access, strengthen diversity, and foster connections across the country. We aim to reduce financial barriers and help talented students fully benefit from the Commerce experience from day one.
This new class gift builds on our legacy of giving, complementing the Commerce ’86 Jeff Brock Award, which has already supported 10 students.
As we mark 40 years since our time at Queen’s, every contribution, no matter the size, will help create a lasting legacy that reflects the spirit of our class and opens doors for future generations of Commerce students across Canada.
