Queen’s Women’s Rugby has set a goal of raising $1 million for a dedicated team endowment fund to support the program and enhance opportunities for female student-athletes well into the future.

This initiative will help build a sustainable future for women’s rugby at Queen’s and ensure a legacy by investing in student-athletes and fostering talent, inclusivity, and excellence across the program. It is an investment in empowerment, equality, and community for female student-athletes. Contributions will help create a supportive environment where female athletes can thrive, gain confidence, and develop their skills in a competitive sport.

Queen’s Women’s Rugby’s mission is to be the best university Women’s Rugby Program in North America, in both 15s and 7s. The program aims to provide student-athletes with an unparalleled experience during their time with the Gaels, and to remain a top destination for aspiring Olympians and National team athletes.
