Awarded on the basis of financial need to female students in a graduate or undergraduate program in Smith Engineering or a Bachelor of Science, MA, or PhD in natural or physical sciences in the Faculty of Arts and Science.

Established by Janet Farooq, B.A.(Hons)1966. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to female students who have experienced an interruption in their formal education and who are registered in any Faculty or School at Queen's University.

Established in 2009 in honour of Ellen O'Rourke Merrin, B.A. '39, by her Queen's friends, in appreciation of her generous contributions to the life of the University. Funds will be used in support of The Ellen Merrin Kitchen at the Ban Righ Centre.

Your gift will support the establishment of an endowed bursary at the Ban Righ Centre and Foundation in memory of Molly Higginson, BA (Hons.) 1966. Should the funding minimum not be reached your gift will be redirected to a purpose of similar intent.
