Faculty of Law Bursary
The Faculty of Law Bursary is awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to students in any year of a J.D. or combined J.D. program in Queen's Faculty of Law.
Financial support can be the deciding factor in whether a student thrives. On average, 30% of Queen's Law students receive limited need-based financial aid, while more than 65% rely on federally funded loans to finance their education. This bursary helps students focus on their studies – not financial stress – making legal education more accessible and inclusive.
With law school tuition now exceeding $21,000 per year, financial aid is more important than ever. We want to help ensure that no qualified student is unable to attend Queen’s Law because of financial restraints.
Donations can be made with a single payment gift or a multi-year pledge with payments spread over a maximum of 5 years. Donate what you can and help us to reach our goal. Thank you for your support!
