Medical students Chris Griffiths (Meds’18) and Logan Seeman (Meds’18) –
former athletes in hockey/lacrosse and water polo, respectively – are working
with Neuroscience student, Queen’s football coach and former football player,
Allen Champagne to lead the Concussion Education Safety and Awareness Program
(CESAP).
This program places Queen’s Medicine on the map as leaders for this important
cause. The culture surrounding concussions is going to continue to evolve and
our students will continue to lead the change. “We recruit people from younger
medical school classes to carry CESAP on in the future” says Chris.
Your gifts to the Medical School Excellence Fund help students like
Chris, Logan and Allen become leaders in their field, and enable them to do
important outreach to the community.
Help make a difference at Queen’s that goes beyond supporting our medical
students in their education and career development.
