Law'95

The Mary Alice Murray Student Lounge Renovation Project
As we celebrate 30 years since graduating from Queen’s Law, this milestone reunion is a meaningful opportunity to reconnect and give back.
This year, the Law’95 class giving campaign will support the Mary Alice Murray Student Lounge Renovation Project — a revitalization of one of the most well-loved spaces in the law building.
Named in 1997 to honour Mary Alice Murray, one of Queen’s Law’s first female graduates and a longtime administrator, the student lounge has long been a hub for students to gather, study, and build friendships. The Faculty of Law is raising $200,000 to refresh and modernize the space with new furniture, kitchen upgrades, enhanced technology, a redesigned alumni area, and overall improvements.
In 2015, during our last in-person milestone reunion, members of Law’95 contributed $14,135. This year, we challenge the class to exceed that total.
Every contribution matters — whether you’re making a first-time gift, renewing your support, or planning a future gift through your estate. Together, we’ll help ensure this cherished space continues to serve future generations of Queen’s Law students.
