We have surpassed our lofty goal of raising $1,000,000 for the Science’51 Entrance Bursary by our 65th Reunion at Homecoming 2016! A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this bursary one of the top class funds at Queen's.
This bursary was established by our class and is awarded on the basis of financial need to a student entering the first year program in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science.
Let's continue this momentum, and keep the Science’51 Entrance Bursary as one of the largest endowed class funds at the university. We encourage you to give all possible priority to this opportunity to “give back” when reviewing your charitable donations plans. Deserving students, who would otherwise be unable to attend Queen’s due to financial challenges, will be very grateful that we are providing them a way to benefit from the Queen’s experience which we were so fortunate to have had ourselves.
