Next Reunion: Celebrated our 30th anniversary on Homecoming Weekend, October 17 – 19, 2014.
To celebrate our 30threunion we launched a new class gift initiative to support the Faculty of Law’s first Chair in Business Law.Our goal is to raise $250,000 and to achieve a high rate of class participation.
Queen’s Law is the only major law school in Canada that does not yet have a funded Chair. The establishment of the Chair in Business Law is a strategic priority for the Faculty and is considered one of the most important philanthropic contribution to the school since it was founded in 1957. The Chair will provide key leadership for the business law program in perpetuity.
The Chair will be named in honour of David Allgood, LL.B. 1974, who has contributed significantly to the Faculty of Law over the years and is a recognized leader in the profession.
