Reunion: Celebrated our 40th anniversary at Queen’s Law at 60 Homecoming Weekend, September 8-10, 2017.
Class Fund: The Law’77 Award was established by our class in 2003 and awarded to a student in the first or second year of studies primarily on the basis of financial need, with demonstrated involvement in student activities and academic achievement. Since the fund’s inception, 15 deserving students have benefited and the fund is now almost exhausted.
Class Goal: To commemorate our 40th reunion, a fundraising campaign was launched to raise $100,000 to endow the Law’77 Award in perpetuity. With the depletion of Government funding and the rising cost of tuition and living expenses, ensuring that quality legal education remains within reach of promising young adults regardless of their individual financial background, is increasingly important.
Donations of all sizes are welcome and can be made with a single payment gift or a multi-year pledge with payments spread over a maximum of 5 years. All donations are fully tax deductible.
