Leadership, integrity and an indomitable passion for life. Kind actions and a friendly disposition. Fellowship, enthusiasm and an incredible sense of humour. As friends and family members of the late Mark Pettit will agree, it hardly seems possible that this November marks the 20-year anniversary of his passing.

Established in Mark’s memory, this memorial prize provides crucial funding to aspiring young engineers who demonstrate his personal attributes – enthusiastic and community-oriented Mechanical Engineering students participating in Queen’s Undergraduate Internship Program.

In honour of the 20th anniversary of the Mark Pettit Memorial Prize, we hope to raise an additional $20,000 to further increase the funding available for student internships.
