Global Career Pathways Program
The Global Career Pathways Program (GCP) was established to support expenditures for training the next generation of global business leaders at Smith School of Business. Designed as a co-curricular initiative, the GCP will play a key role in enriching the academic experience for Commerce students.
Experiential learning is a core component of the program, allowing students to actively engage in real-world application of their acquired knowledge in finance and helping them apply theory into practice through problem-solving of case studies, real-time networking, and industry internships. Given the competitive nature of global markets, this program is essential in preparing students to effectively compete in the global markets, and position Smith as a leading talent provider for the finance industry.
