Established in memory of William T. MacClement, B.A. 1888, M.A. 1889, LLD 1937 (Honorary), to support an annual lecture series in the Faculty of Education.
the Northern Canada Nursing Study Award
Established by Phyllis Durnford, BNSc 1969. Awarded to students in the fourth year of the Bachelor of Nursing Science program wishing to broaden their studies through a practicum placement, with preference given to a placement in northern Canada
the Robert Shotton Memorial Entrance Scholarship
Established by family and friends in memory of Robert Shotton, Commerce '68. Awarded on the recommendation of the Department of Art on the basis of the portfolio presentation of a student entering the first year of the Bachelor of Fine Art program.
the Early 60's Golden Gaels Football Award
Awarded on the basis of academic achievement and athletic excellence to student-athletes in any degree program at Queen's University and who are on the competition roster of the Gaels interuniversity football team.
the Nordic Ski Booster Club
Funds raised by this club directly supports athletes, coaches, program development and equipment. Funds will be used at the discretion of the Executive Director of A&R in consultation with the Head Coach and Booster Club President.
the Arthur Mandell Education Bursary
Established by the Education class of 1999 in memory of Arthur Mandell, B.A. 1965, LLB 1978. Awarded on the basis of financial need to students in the Faculty of Education.
the Philips Macdonnell Memorial Award
Established in memory of Philips Macdonnell and awarded to a student of high quality in the fourth medical year who has been accepted into Queen's postgraduate course for the education of specialists in Family Medicine.
the Elisabeth Tremblay Memorial Entrance Award
Established in memory of Elisabeth Tremblay and awarded on the basis of financial need and academic achievement to students entering the first year of any undergraduate program in the Faculty of Arts and Science.
the Lou Jeffries Men's Hockey Award
Established in 2006 in memory of Lou Jeffries to provide financial support on the basis of academic and athletic excellence to a student-athlete in the Men's Hockey Program. Funds are allocated in consultation with Head Coach and Director A&R.
the Alfred Bader Graduate Fellowship for History Related to 20th Century Europe
Established by Dr. Alfred Bader and awarded on the basis of academic excellence to Ph.D. level student enrolled in a graduate program in Arts and Science, to undertake studies in history related to 20th century Europe.
the Dr. Kimberly A. Woodhouse Fellowship
Awarded on the basis of academic excellence to women PhD students in Smith Engineering or Engineering Sciences in the Faculty of Arts and Science. Preference to students who have experienced interruption in their education.
the Men's Hockey Booster Club
Funds raised by this club directly supports athletes, coaches, program development and equipment. Funds will be used at the discretion of the Director of A&R in consultation with the Head Coach and Booster Club President.
the Dr. Sarah Prichard Scholarship in Medicine
Established by Sarah Prichard, M.D. 1974, and awarded on the basis of academic excellence and professionalism to students entering fourth year in the School of Medicine.
